Black Bean Dip Recipe For Diabetics

1 Jar of (16 ounces) Salsa
1 can (15 1/2 ounces) of black beans rinsed and drained
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of dried cilantro
In your blender or food processor, combine the beans, salsa, garlic powder, and cilantro.
Process the mixture until chopped, and serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
